Workshops and courses cannot be cancelled. Bookings can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the start of the chosen workshop or course.

Since the products are handmade and produced in small quantities, they cannot be returned. If there's a problem with your item, please contact me.

* A workshop must be paid in advance of the workshop.
* Participation in the workshop is entirely at your own expense and risk.
* ⁠Participant is responsible for his/her own property.
* During the course, wear clothes that you don't mind getting dirty and leave your valuable jewelry at home as much as possible.
* Please treat existing equipment and tools with respect. Please leave them clean and tidy.
* Advice is given to the best of our knowledge and ability. Dieuwkeramiek accepts no liability for any adverse consequences arising from the advice given.
