During this full-day workshop, we'll cover the basic techniques of working at the potter's wheel. This workshop is suitable for absolute beginners and more advanced potters; the level will be tailored to your individual needs. In the morning, we'll cover the basics of turning: centering and wall construction. After lunch, we'll take things a step further, depending on your level. Think, for example, of turning larger quantities or complex shapes. If you're a beginner, you'll continue practicing what you learned in the morning. The advantage of a full day of spinning is that you get the hang of it faster because you can focus on the technique for several hours in a row.
At the end of the day, you'll choose 5 items for me to finish and glaze with a glaze of your choice. After 3-4 weeks, you can pick up your items at the studio, or I'll ship them for €10.
